Self-Worth Directors are independent contractors who run their own self-worth outreach business. You get to make the decisions on how much time you will spend doing Open Houses, Retreats and Community Work. In addition, you choose the amount of volunteer time you want to put in or if you would rather focus on income events. You will get support and training to reach out and empower other women and teens. Get the freedom and resources to do a job you love!
Self-Worth Directors will engage in outreach and sales. Directors will be asked to follow a code of ethics which focuses on putting people before transactions. Cauliflower Retreat is not a multi-level marketing company and is not patterned after typical direct sales companies. We consider ourselves to be a Direct Outreach program. Each Self-Worth Director is given the highest profit percentages right from the start with no pressure to recruit. Each person will earn an income off the work they focus on, with opportunities for growth based on leadership, and the outreach work engaged in. It is recommended you start in the home. You will simply get started by locating someone who would like to open their home to self-worth outreach, and together you can choose to do an open house or a retreat.
Here are the elements of your job:
1. Open House: This is an open hour in-home Retreat where women and teen girls are free to come and go as their schedule allows. You will be given a list of on the spot activities that will help build open house style discussions, and outreach for self-worth. As participants attend they will get solutions and can also choose to purchase from our Self-Worth catalog. This style is perfect for on the go women who need simple direct resources. In these situations Self-Worth Directors will provide the hostess with invitations, and share the chosen on the spot activities listed in the training manual. Income in these settings will mostly come from product sales.
2. Education Retreat: This is a more formal in-home or community retreat where you will actually discuss and present methods of improving self worth. The presentations follow along with a workbook, participants can choose to purchase. This Retreat can also incorporate the product line into discussion on improving self-worth. In these situations Self-Worth Directors will provide the hostess with invitations, and will lead the discussions and interactive self-worth activities. Income in these settings will be generated from workbook and product sales.
3. Volunteer and Community Work: Your training will help you be prepared to visit after school programs, share self-worth presentations at business luncheons, give time to help a local youth group, or participate in a community coalition. You may choose to focus on earning an income from doing paid events, or you may keep the focus on offering volunteer services. Self-Worth Directors have an opportunity to earn certification, which is based off experience. Certification allows Self-Worth Directors to do outreach work with a higher fee.
As you decide the program is right for you, you will select the Support Kit that meets your needs. In this support kit is a training manual which outlines the details and a script example of these events. Support kits start at $125 which includes the licensing fee.
How do I earn an income?
1- Product Commissions: You will earn 35% profits off the retail price off all products you sell. We are not a multi-level program so you do not need to worry about recruiting or trying to earn a higher commission level. You earn money based on the work you put in. You don’t have to worry about starting at a low revenue level; we simply offer you the best profit possible right from the start. Our product line comes from our catalog, “The Book of Positive Messages” which includes clothing, home décor, and personal development products that share a positive message of worth, helping us to change the way we think and act about self-worth.
2- Retreat Workbooks: At in-home and community Retreats participants can choose to purchase a personal workbook with inserts that follow along our program. You earn $10 for every workbook that you sell, which is over 50% profit off retail price. In addition you will earn $5 for each inserts (an insert is a specific program that can be added to the original workbook content) Workbooks are returnable for Self-Worth Directors as long as they are in their original packaging, that way you can stock up and distribute on the spot, without extra shipping charges added to your participants or worries about what to do with extra inventory.

3- Event Fees: You keep the entire amount income from event fees. In order to use our content and name for events facilitators must pay a yearly licensing fee. (this fee is included in your support kit). Our content is copyright protected and we license you for use. You can choose the basic range and once you earn qualification you can charge a higher rate.
Quarterly Retreat Opportunities: You can charge up to $25 per person
School Assemblies: You can choose and negotiate the best fees schedule ranging from $500 for certified Self-Worth Directors to a time donated assembly.
Community Outreach: This may include an after school program, residential treatment center presentation, etc. You can choose and negotiate the best fees schedule, ranging from $200 for a certified Self-Worth Director to a time donated event.
4- Bonuses, Subsidies, Recruiting, and Leadership: From time to time, the Retreat Corporate offices will offers incentives for your outreach work. In addition there will be growth opportunities in the forms of bonuses for recruiting, leadership, and outreach work.
The Incentive Program:
In order to keep our focus on outreach, you will be given incentive opportunities which reward you for the amount of people who are attending your events, the volunteer time you are sharing, and goals you are collecting in addition to your sales. These Rewards programs will be announced on your login page. Earn great things like gift certificates, free product, vacations, cash and more. The incentive program is our way of supporting you, keeping you excited, and developing the ability to reach out.
Earn Certification, Build Your Resume:
Self Worth Directors can earn Outreach Certification. To earn your Outreach Certified title, you will need to have one year of experience as a Self-Worth Director, have shared over 30 Retreats, with a minimum of 40 hours strengthening the home and 20 hours strengthening the community.
